Serel init script system


Serel's main goal is to reduce system startup time. To do that:

It implements dynamic dependencies
It runs scripts in parallel
It stores runtime profiling data
It can optimize running order for next boot

Serel also:
Supports "provide", but no "before"
Works in RedHat right now, is used in production, but not supported
Includes neat utilities to graph dependencies
