Debian init script registry


It will:
Store the name of all packages using init scripts
Store the services they provide, and what order number they use
Store list of "virtual facilities" we define for dependency-based systems

All the databases will be simple, human and machine readable text files. No overengineering allowed!

Linda and lintian warnings will be added to help Debian developers to use it.
